Is my friend Curt a liar?

I tell him he is all the time but he says he isnt. I need to know if you guys think he is. If we all call him a liar together, he'll have to admit it. He once convinced a bunch of people that squirrels only eat 40 acorns in their life. He said he saw it on National Geographic. I checked, and its a total lie. He also said he liked the movie Rent. I checked on that too, and nobody likes that movie (except for metro college kids). So tell me people, does that (and many other things) make him a liar?Is my friend Curt a liar?

Well, i think that the squirrel thing is definitely a lie, although i can't be sure, but the whole him liking the movie Rent thing could be true. I know for a fact that many people enjoyed the movie Rent, (although i never saw it), and it got several great reviews. But i would need more information to be able to determine whether he's a liar or not, right now im not sure.

A lot of people like rent and you wont find that information anywhere. I think its silly wasting time and energy on such matter when you already made up your mind. This may sound tough but ganging up on the kid and calling him a liar wont do any good, it may allienate him and things can turn out bad. Stop bullying the kid into saying something NO ONE will admit to, so either deal with it or get other friends. And why waste time checking everything he says???? You need a hobby.

NO, it does not make him a liar. These reasons are not proof that he is a liar. He is merely sharing with you information that he's heard on National Geographic (which most of the time, you will NOT be able to find the info after the show has been aired). Also, if he likes the movie RENT, then that's his business. It's not your concern to judge him about whether or not nobody but Metro College Kids liked that movie. It does not make him a liar at all......but, with this situation of yours, it makes you look JEALOUS of him for some reason. Why must you be annoying? You obviously do NOT know the meaning of LIAR. why don't you go look it up under the dictionary before you ask stupid questions like this again.
