Kindle fire vs nook tablet URGENT!?

ok i did this question before but this time is different.i want a tablet that has the magazine national geographic,a maybe national geographic kids?i also want something thats fast.I want the tablet to have a good seletion of apps, and books.i want to be able to rent movies on it and watch netflix.oh and by the way,i need a URGENT answer!!!Kindle fire vs nook tablet URGENT!?
Technically, I think the Nook Tablet is a slightly better device from a hardware perspective. Then again, it costs 25% more than the Kindle Fire.

I really think the best way to make the decision on these devices is on the eco-system they operate in.

Look at this like the iPod. Part of the big appeal for the iPods is that Apple has set up a great eco-system to purchase and download stuff from them and make it easy. If it wasn't for that, iPod wouldn't be any better than any other mp3 player.

In my opinion, Amazon has the better eco-system. eBooks, videos, music, and apps, Amazon is a great one-stop shop for these things. Barnes %26amp; Noble, while good for eBooks, isn't a great source for music or video. You use apps and set up accounts with other services to get video and music.

Furthermore, Amazon will store all that stuff for you in their cloud, so it's there for you to access wirelessly from them, or download to your device again, whatever you want. Not so for B%26amp;N, except for the eBooks.

To answer your specific questions:
1. You can rent movies from Amazon on the Kindle Fire. I do not believe the Nook Tablet has that capability from B%26amp;N. You can watch Netflix though on both if you have signed up for that service.

2. Both have National Geographic magazine available.Kindle fire vs nook tablet URGENT!?
You should definately fo for the Nook Tablet because it allows you to read magazines and has a way bigger RAM (memory) than the Kindle. It would totally let you read your magazine without problems.

Hoping to be helpful, Pablo
