I think my teacher is racist!?

I am a new kid, i just moved into town. Well anyways to the point, i am an african american and in my science class the teacher makes me sit in the back of the class. Then today he said "Hey didnt i see you in the National Geographic Magazine?" He makes me feel so out of place. I dont know if he means anything by it, but i dont know what to do?I think my teacher is racist!?
If you feel that you are being singled out unnecessarily, start recording the occurrences. Ensure that you write down the date and time, what happened and why you thought it was inappropriate. The best way to catch a racist is to have enough evidence to throw at them when the time comes. And when the time does come, go to the school administration. Tell them that unless some action is going to be taken and a public apology given (because he has singled you out publicly) that you will be going over them to someone who will give their school the type of attention they don't want to receive. Always work within the rules when dealing with idiots like this. There is no better way of catching them and ultimately kicking their a**!

A "racist" is someone that believes one race (usually theirs) is SUPERIOR to another (or any other) race.

Does your teacher imply that he is racially SUPERIOR to you?

Or do you feel he is intentionally DISCRIMINATING because you are black? Or do you feel he is PICKING on you because you are black? Are you the ONLY black child in the class?

If you feel he is picking on you because you are black, you should FIRST, SPEAK WITH HIM and let him know this makes you VERY uncomfortable. Then you might be able to get a feeling about his motivations....maybe he IS racist, maybe he's just inappropriate, or maybe it's a big misunderstanding.

Before you start slinging the "racist" word around, FIRST find out the facts the best you can. Good luck.
Don't take that **** from no teacher. Report him, if you need to, record what he says or get a pupil to confirm what he does. It doesn't matter if he means anything by it or not, he shouldn't do that.
Hey... I go to your school too!! Yeah that really sucks. Im sorry that he is like that. If you me and john go to the principle and the cops everything will be resolved. Im the girl in the front that he always touches my leg. I think I will tell too.
