Im from tamilnadu..i want to know which is the best DTH and best channel package for me...please help me...anyone from tamilnadu..or any other state...please..

I want ....

1.All leading Regional(tamil) channels(new channels like captain,vasanth,mega are not neccessary)

2.All sports channels.(Neo sports,Zee sports are not neccessary)

3.Some leading english news channels

4.some kids entertainment channels(CN,POGO are neccesary)

5.some informative channels(like dicovery,national geographic..)

6.some english entertainament(like star movies,hbo..)

7.some hindi channels



We are a middle class family..so i want budget under 160 or 170 per month...please im very confused...
